On Water Advertising is a new Outdoor Marketing Company that gives advertisers a unique and exclusive marketing opportunity for total brand domination on the water. On Water Advertising is an Outdoor Billboard marketing company that helps advertisers increase awareness of their product or service, generate traffic to their stores, web sites or sporting events and gives them one of the few ways to stand-out from the clutter and competition by marketing on the water. On Water Advertising delivers a totally captive audience with high levels of disposable income so companies can communicate their message fully. In addition to outdoor billboards, On Water Advertising can provide companies a unique platform for product placement and distribution at docks, marinas, water-side restaurants and in targeted harbors. For example, harbors in Washington DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis. The company operates outdoor billboards on different waterways up and down the East Coast. Billboard units can be placed on major rivers, creeks, harbors and bays from Philadelphia, Delaware and Pittsburgh to Baltimore/Annapolis and Washington DC to Virginia Beach/Portsmith/Norfolk with other major East Coast water markets coming on-line throughout 2008 and 2009.

Company Goal

The goal of the company is to provide a unique opportunity for advertisers to reach a captive audience who have disposable income in an "exclusive" advertising medium through mobile on-water billboard units.

Management Team

Edwin Prugh - Founder and President

Ed has 14 years of advertising, sales and marketing experience. Prior to founding On Water Advertising, he was in Television Sales and Marketing with WJLA ABC7/NewsChannel 8 in Washington DC, where he developed successful sales and marketing programs to help clients build awareness, increase sales and recruit employees.

Ed has strong experience in the advertising agency business working as Vice President, Account Director at Foote, Cone and Belding - New York helping blue chip clients like AT&T, J.P. Morgan Chase Investment Bank, Pfizer, and other clients launch new products, build their brand globally and differentiate themselves from their competition. He was promoted through account services at Mullen Advertising directing the product launch, brand development and local strategic marketing programs for NEXTEL, Monster.com and other national accounts. He began is agency career in account service at Doner focusing on developing direct response and branding campaigns for AARP, National Car Rental and others. Ed is a graduate of the Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism at West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism.

Scott G. Lemley - Vice President of Operations

Scott has years of operational and logistical experience ranging from Emergency Management and Public Safety to the United State Power Squadron Boating organization. He has extensive experience in boat safety training, water logistical support and fleet management. His leadership skills in conjunction with his wealth of knowledge of both land and water boat administration help him direct the day-to-day operations of On Water Advertising billboard units.
